Group Classes

Safely retrain your core with expert guidance and a community

I offer small, intimate group classes that focus on rehabilitating diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles, which is a common concern postpartum) and strengthening the core.

These sessions are ideal for women who are looking to retrain their postpartum core, especially those who wish to return to working out or a more active lifestyle. The exercises are specifically designed to address symptoms such as a “bulge” in the tummy area and low back pain.

The sessions are appropriate for women 6 weeks+ postpartum (and clearance to exercise by OB/midwife) and are also great for women who gave birth many years ago. I keep the class sizes small so that I can provide hands-on adjustments and modifications as necessary for each person.

Before joining the group classes, each person will have an assessment with me so that I have information about your strength, mobility, injuries, and goals and ensure I can safely guide you in class.

Each session consists of 8 classes that run over the course of 12 weeks. Each class is 50 minutes long. The class size is limited to 4 people, ensuring that I can give lots of attention and support to each participant.

Whether you had a baby 6 weeks ago or it’s been years, my classes are adaptable to suit your needs. I provide modifications when needed so that everyone can participate at a level that is right for them.
