Terms of Service for Nest Physiotherapy

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services offered by Nest Physiotherapy, located at 309 Jane St, Toronto, Ontario, Canada (the "Clinic," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or communicating with us via text, phone, or email, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Nest Physiotherapy offers physiotherapy services with a specialization in pelvic floor therapy and related treatments. All appointments are managed using Jane App, and your use of Jane App is also governed by their Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.

2. Use of Personal Information

Your personal and health-related information is collected and stored securely, in compliance with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receiving appointment reminders, administrative messages, and—if you’ve opted in—marketing communications via SMS and/or email. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS or clicking unsubscribe in our emails.

3. SMS & Email Communications

5. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointment bookings, changes, and cancellations must be made through our online booking system, powered by Jane App. Please refer to the Jane App platform for cancellation timelines and policies.

Failure to cancel within the designated timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nest Physiotherapy and its sole proprietor, Helen Wong, will not be held liable for any damages arising from the misuse of services, delayed appointments, or third-party service outages (e.g. Jane App or SMS delivery).

7. Third-Party Services

We utilize third-party platforms, including but not limited to Jane App, for communication and appointment scheduling. We are not responsible for outages or data breaches that occur through those platforms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or SMS if you have provided your contact information.
